If you consider yourself a powersports enthusiast and are interested in breaking into the industry, the Outdoor Power Equipment Technician Program, Motorcycle Mechanic Program (Pre-Employment or Apprenticeship) or Harley-Davidson® Technician Program may be right for you. Offered at GPRC Fairview College Campus, these programs provide students with the skills that are in demand by North America’s recreational powersports industry. Students obtain the current knowledge of emerging technologies, combined with relevant, hands-on experience; and that’s exactly what employers are seeking. Furthermore, students in either program are eligible to write the Alberta Apprenticeship exams, their first step towards obtaining their Journeyman status in the trade. We’ve been around since 1951 and offering Motorcycle Mechanic training since 1981 and Small Engine training (Outdoor Power Equipment Technician) since 1984. We are Canada’s only authorized Harley-Davidson Technician training, offering this training since 1988. This all adds up to the best, longest-running technical training experience for motorcycle, Harley-Davidson®, ATV, snowmobile, marine and small engine technicians in Canada.
